Grand Vista Hanoi

Bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Nice city view from the room. Loved the shower and bathtub. Service was very good as well, although we got ripped off by the airport taxi when we decided to ask the hotel to call one for us. Location was okay, although I would personally recommend for tourists to stay in the Old Quarter. When you first arrive at the hotel, you get a feeling of "where am I?" since there are very few, if any, sights nearby. PS: There is NO damage deposit of VND 1,000,000 required. The information on Booking.com is wrong.

Perfect stay at an amazing hotel. The rooms themselves are great, the view overlooking all of Hanoi is even better! We had windows almost 180° round the room and couldn’t get enough of looking out at the view. The room was very spacious, immaculate and had good aircon. The staff here are incredible, they speak amazing English and are happy to help you with absolutely anything and make you feel like royalty. Thank you all for a perfect stay! Want to go back to this hotel as soon as possible.

The room was spacious and clean. It has a wonderful view of the city lights. Comfy bed and bathtub, good for a relaxing stay. There's a desk where you can work and enjoy the city view. The staff was friendly and hospitable. Nice facilities for exercise. Overall, I wish I could have stayed longer. Definitely would come back.

Staff was very professional and efficient. The suite was also luxurious and all the amenities were functional. The food was delicious and had exceptional presentation!

Clean, decent breakfast (eggs made as requested and the cappuccinos were excellent) good pool and gym. Hotel is in a quieter location but easy to get to the old quarter. Staff were fantastic.
